Instructions
Grease
a financier pan and
preheat the oven to 350ºF
.
In a large bowl,
whisk the egg whites
until foamy. Then whisk in the
powdered sugar
.
In another bowl, combine the
flour, almonds, and cocoa powder
.
Add the
flour mixture into the egg mixture
and stir.
Add the
vanilla and almond extract to the butter
and combine well.
Mix the
butter mixture into the flour-egg batter
.
Divide the batter in the molds.
Bake for
10 minutes
, until springy when touched.
Cool on a wire rack.
